Welcome to CBI!

Lupe Joy

Residential Management Officer

I am the Residential Management Officer here at CBI and I feel inspired by the amazing people that make our homes their residence. They help me remain hopeful for the future.
I do all the back office work. I go over their applications, process them once they are accepted, set them up for moving in/out dates, prepare reference letters and/or grievance notices and assist with all admin procedures.

I am energized and encouraged every day at CBI by our residents’ commitment and perseverance! I feel inspired by the amazing people who after facing difficult times take charge and create new futures for themselves.

I’m a nature lover, I like the beach and the sun, dancing, kids and working with young people. I love getting into trouble and being challenged even though it terrifies me to fail. New concepts and ideas motivate my imagination and keep me feeling young.

I have worked in different fields all related to service in one way or the other, mostly with children and adults with developmental disabilities but also with the elderly in Nursing Home settings.

Connecting through interaction with the staff at CBI, I feel socially and culturally motivated to be an advocate for peace and understanding between all generations.

WELCOME TO CBI!
